Don’t forget about us when you move!

We know that there are long lists of things to do when you move—and one of the most important things is changing your address. That list could be very long when you consider everyone you do business with: credit card companies, schools, DMV, magazines, cable provider, and on and on and on. But please don’t forget about your financial institution! Alliance wants to remind you that there are two easy ways to make sure we have your correct information. 
 
  1. Make it easy with Online Banking. If you are an online banking user you can notify Alliance about your address change quickly and securely. Simply log on to Online Banking and click on the “User Options” tab. Select “Change Postal Address” and then fill in your new information. You’re done!  
  1. Give us a call. Please call one of our friendly service center representatives at 1.800.232.8669 and inform them of your move. They will explain what is needed to make the address change official and ensure you continue to receive statements, notices, and other Alliance Credit Union information.  
Do you have eStatements? That’s great! Though you get your statements electronically, it is still important to notify Alliance of your new physical address. Sometimes we are required to communicate with our members via mail and we want to make sure you are never left out.
 
Remember that even if you move out of the area, you can keep your accounts and continue to do business with Alliance through shared branching. And almost everywhere you go you can find a surcharge-free ATM through the Co-Op NetworkTM.
